We are Project Zero, a student-run organization that supplies reusable and compostable materials to events to minimize their environmental impact. During events managed by Project Zero, student volunteers sort waste and help with clean up.

Project Zero was founded in the summer of 2022 by Arlington High School student Amethyst Stencik with the help of APS Sustainability Coordinator Rachel Oliveri and Arlington's Recycling Coordinator Charlotte Milan. The organization is committed to creating low-waste events within Arlington, while creating the next generation of environmentalist activists.
